DocBridge® FileCab


An Easy Interface between Staff and Central Output Management

DocBridge® FileCab is software for collecting, reviewing and submitting Office documents to a company’s centralized document processing. Clerks can then check their correspondence created at the workstation (PC, laptop) against various criteria and rules defined by the company before forwarding them to central output management. The check takes place immediately after the creation in the Office application. This significantly increases the process quality. Optionally, the central collection of individual correspondence can be combined with a release workflow, which is made possible via the Document Desktop add-on module, a web application. As a result, the formal, rule-based examination can be supplemented by a visual, content-related quality assurance. More about DocBridge® FileCab:
