Ingo started his career as a traditional typesetter. During several years of self-employment in the graphic arts industry, he moved more and more into the field of consultancy for publishers regarding process analysis and workflow design. For now 13 years he works for the system integrator SNAP Innovation GmbH in Hamburg as a consultant, project manager and key account manager. Today he supports many of the largest publishing houses in Germany and in European countries where he manages projects for the development and expansion of print production systems.
