Mr. Ed Lee brings a wealth of “solid hands-on” experience in content management projects and lesson learned with integrating records and document management technology into an organization. He possesses the advance knowledge of document and record capture with the latest technologies such as machine learning algorithm, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, etc. Mr. Lee has expertise in all phases of an enterprise content management project, experience with doing document/records management assessments, records prep for data conversion, writing project requirements, preparing a request for proposals, etc.
He owns the rare blend of insight with his participation in industry standards, and best practices with “real-world” project experience, and the ability to work with all levels of an organization or project teams to facilitate project/technology change management. For example, Mr. Lee may serve as project oversight, trainer, business analyst, system tester, etc. In addition, he has acquired an in-depth understanding of all aspects of technology integration, security, and system administration of some of the largest content management solutions.
Mr. Lee has a long history of working with all types of organizations to create and adopt the strategies or goals of a “trusted” environment architecture. He has leveraged his certification as an information governance professional to acquire intermediate experience with EID customers to conduct risk assessments/mitigations strategies, how to automate records management and disposition, plus establish policies and procedures to manage the lifecycle of electronic records (e.g., email, fax, data files, etc.).
